Every CRM integration in Swopi has its own Field mapping. You decide which field from a Swopi lead is written into which field in your CRM, and how. It works out of the box (sensible defaults), and you can change it anytime.
Where to find it: Dashboard → Integrations → (your CRM) → “Field mapping” tab. For RAYNET the mapping is right on the integration page.
#How it works
Each mapping row has three parts:
| Column | What it means |
|---|---|
| Swopi field | Where the value comes from (name, email, company industry…). Or Fixed value, a constant text for every lead. |
| CRM field | Where the value is written (a specific field in your CRM). |
| Write | What happens if the contact already exists in the CRM: Overwrite, Complete if missing, or Append. |
Add rows with Add mapping, remove with the ✕, restore defaults with Reset to default, and save with Save mapping.
#Dynamic vs fixed value
- Dynamic (default), the value comes from each lead individually (e.g. that contact's email). This is the usual case.
- Fixed value, the same constant text is written for every lead (e.g. “Source: Brno trade show”). Pick “: Fixed value, ” in the row and type the text.
#Write (when the contact already exists)
- Overwrite, always write the Swopi value (replaces what was there).
- Complete if missing, use the value only if the field is empty.
- Append, add the value after the existing content.
New contacts are always created with all values. “Overwrite” is the most common choice; if unsure, leave it.
#Default mapping by CRM
This is how Swopi maps fields right after connecting. Everything is editable.

#monday.com
monday.com has no fixed fields. The target list holds the real columns of the board you picked, so the mapping is different for every board. Swopi suggests a mapping from the column types (email, phone, link, long text) when you pick the board. Anything you do not map is not written.

#Where the lead came from (lead origin)
Three ways, and you can combine them:
- Automatic note line. Every lead sent to your CRM has the line
Source: Swopi Digital Business Cardin the note, followed by the full Swopi AI enrichment. The Tag source switch is on the integration page. - Who captured the lead. In the mapping, pick the Swopi field Captured by (team member email) and send it to any CRM field. In the CRM you then see which colleague captured the lead.
- Fixed value. Add a row, choose Fixed value and type for example
Swopi, trade show Brno 2026. Change the text when a new campaign starts.
The target can also be your own field in the CRM: in the mapping row choose
+ Custom field (enter key) and type the field key. In Dynamics 365 this is
the attribute logical name, for example new_leadsource. The field has to exist
in the CRM first, Swopi does not create it there.
#FAQ
Do I have to set up mapping? No. The default mapping works on its own. Change it only if you want data elsewhere.
What if my CRM doesn't have the field I want? For eWay and Pipedrive, Swopi can write into custom fields too. For other CRMs, create the field in your CRM and then pick it in the mapping.
Does this change old contacts? No. Mapping applies to newly synced leads.
